Day 01: Bike Tam Vu - Cho Gao (32km) & bike Ba Ke - Ba Cang (plus 29km)
Leave Sai Gon at 7am and travel 30km to Long An province. At 8.15am, start cycling from here towards Cho Gao 32km away, passing through quaint villages and dragon fruit farms. Stop over at Vinh Trang pagoda, an ancient southern architectural gem. Built in 1849, the structure is a mixture of Asian and European architecture including elements from the Renaissance period, Romanesque style, French decorative flowers and Japanese enameled tile. The most valuable collection is the 18 arhats made from jackfruit tree wood in 1907Arrive in My Tho at around 11am and lunch at the rural eatery Ngoc Gia Trang. After lunch, travel to Vinh Long past Long Ho and continue to ride for 29km from Ba Ke to reach highway 1 at Ba Cang intersection. We travel from here to Can Tho and transfer to the hotel upon arrival. Dinner is at restaurant. Overnight in Can Tho.

Day 02: Bike My Khanh - Binh Thuy (30km) - Sai Gon
Get up early to can catch the most bustling atmosphere of the unique floating market of Mekong Delta and then back to hotel for leisured breakfast later on. Get on a local boat to explore the colorful Cai Rang floating market, where number of boats laden with fruit, vegetables and fish jostle for trade. Sellers advertise their wares by crying out across the waters or tie their goods to a tall pole so that buyers can see from a distance. Disembark at Cai Rang market and shuttle to My Khanh orchard garden. Start biking from My Khanh for around 30km to Binh Thuy along the river on narrow lane to explore the hidden backwaters of the delta. On arrival in Binh Thuy, drive back to Sai Gon. Lunch is at Mekong Rest Stop restaurant. End of services (hotel today is not included).
